The Dunder Chiefs

Taking their name from misheard AC/DC lyrics, guitarist Will Thompson and banjo player Michael “Nog” Linog began writing together as a duo. They then pulled in Nog’s brother Tony and started working on the three-part harmonies that make The Dunder Chiefs so distinct.  Influenced by musicians out of the “folk” genre, The Dunder Chiefs created their own style known as soulgrass. When these road warriors aren’t on stage, home is Charleston, South Carolina.
